The very rare 1st edtion of Tschichold's book on the new typography, written in German, published in june 1928, in his own typography (sans serif); with numerous illustrated examples in b/w and red.black and white of advertisements in the field of business and culture by Van Doesburg, Lissitzky, Zwart and Tschichold himself, bibliography; the copy has some defects:the title in silver on the spine has disappeared, a lot of pages are waterstained or have spots of brownish stain and some pages have paper loss in the margin, priced accordingly taken it's rarity into consideration [bp].
