- In 1910 Ethel Le Neve wrote this account of her adventures with Dr Crippen, the notorious murderer. It contains details of her early life, her relationship with Crippen, her understanding as to the disappearance of Crippen's wife Cora, and her decision to flee the country with the doctor. Le Neve insists that she had no idea that anything sinister had happened until they were both arrested on board a ship headed for Quebec. The case was a public sensation, not least because Le Neve disguised herself as Crippen's son. - - Very good copy
