It's okay to feel angry! But sometimes our angry feelings can feel really big and overwhelming. It's important to learn to manage our anger in a safe way. Here's Little Fox to show little ones just how to self-regulate!


Uh-oh. Little Red Fox feels angry. Her face feels hot. Her heart is beating fast. Her body is tense. Her anger is exploding out of her body trying to tell her something! But she wouldn't want to say or do anything that could hurt herself or others. So Little Red Fox and her friend the butterfly practice different methods to make Fox's angry feelings smaller and smaller so she feels more and more in control of how she wants to act.


A great addition to any social-emotional learning (SEL) library, toddlers, preschoolers & kindergarteners will love relating to an adorable fox who feels angry sometimes, just like them!
