‘Have Christians Lost Their Nerve ?’ was the title of a recent article by Philip Toynbee. There is clear evidence that a concerted attack is being prepared upon the moral foundations of our country and that too many Christians are appeasing the ideas behind that attack. This book provides the necessary information for those who are not prepared to let the case for the old morality go by default.
Sir Arnold Lunn is a Catholic and Mr Lean is an Anglican. The book is offered as a contribution to that concerted defence of Christian values which is in accord with the ecumenical spirit of the age.
