His panoramic black and white photos show the Netherlands as an empty and abandoned area, made by man and in which man is present everywhere. The route begins in the far north, in the village of Pieterburen, continues via Groningen, Coevorden, Vorden and Venlo, and ends in Maastricht at the St. Pietersberg. The landscape changes constantly along the way, passing by clay fields and sandy soils, forests and rivers, but also parks and castle ruins. - As new/new copy
