Probably one of the few copies made for the presentation of this ambitious plan at the Rotterdam aesthetics committee and housing cooperatives. Issued in a kind of blueprint suggesting a limited number was made. Photo's are on original Photo paper / NOT PRINTED ! also indicating a limited number of copies. Publishing date is 4 years before the actual building started and is conform the date of presentation of the plans. Wrappers slightly waterstained in the margin and top right corner.Rare publication by the Dutch architect Piet Blom on his projective plan for the Oude haven in Rotterdam, for what is now known as ' Het Blaakse Bos ' with the famous ' Kubuswoningen ', which were built between 1982 and 1984. With many ground plans and illustrations.
